These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the trygoodness.ai website and the Goodness platform, both operated by Goodness AI, Inc. ("Goodness," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

Goodness is an AI-powered operating system for nonprofits. Our website provides information about our product. Our platform provides nonprofit organizations with tools for donor management, event management, fundraising, communications (including SMS and email), and reporting.

Waitlist

By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive email communications from Goodness about product updates, launch announcements, and related news. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by contacting us at hello@trygoodness.ai.

SMS Messaging Terms

The Goodness platform enables nonprofit organizations to send SMS messages to donors and supporters who have provided prior express consent. By using SMS features within the Goodness platform, nonprofit organizations and their authorized users agree to:

Send SMS messages only to recipients who have provided clear, prior express consent through a documented opt-in process (such as the unchecked-by-default consent box on Goodness donation forms or an inbound START keyword)
Honor all opt-out requests immediately and not contact recipients who have opted out
Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, A2P 10DLC carrier requirements, and all applicable federal and state laws governing SMS messaging
Send only the categories of messages registered with mobile carriers under the nonprofit's A2P 10DLC campaign
Not send messages containing prohibited content, including but not limited to: hate speech, sexually explicit content, illegal substances, gambling, firearms, or any content prohibited by the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices

Recipients of SMS messages sent through the Goodness platform may:

Opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or OPTOUT
Reply HELP or INFO to receive assistance and contact information
Expect message and data rates to apply per their mobile carrier plan
Expect that mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Goodness provides the technical infrastructure for SMS delivery but is not responsible for the content of messages sent by nonprofit organizations using the platform. Each nonprofit is independently responsible for the content, frequency, and consent of its SMS communications.

Acceptable Use

When using our website or platform, you agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Send SMS or email messages to recipients without proper prior express consent
Use the platform to send spam, phishing, or fraudulent communications
Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its systems
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data beyond what is permitted
Submit false or misleading information through any forms on the website or platform

All content on this website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Goodness AI, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
